With our recent recognition at the BBB Business Ethics Awards banquet as a "2009 Winner, Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern and Western Arizona Business Ethics Awards", we are proud to share our vignette that was played at the awards banquet with all of YOU, our loyal Airpark friends and family!
The BBB of Central, Northern and Western Arizona hosted their 8th Annual Business Ethics Awards on April 30th at the Arizona Biltmore Resort Ballroom sponsored by Wells Fargo, where 15 finalists were recognized, and 5 of those businesses were announced as winners. On behalf of myself, and our Airpark Auto Service staff, I am proud to announce that we were named as one of the 5 winners in this years’ program! We won Category II, 11-20 employees.
2009 BBB Ethics Award Winner
The BBB conducts this annual awards program to gain public recognition for businesses that maintain a solid commitment to conducting their business practices in an ethical fashion. Each year, companies of different sizes are selected through a regional competition to receive the Business Ethics Award. They compete in 5 different categories based on business size; Category I, 1-10 employees, Category II, 11-20 employees, Category III, 21-49 employees, Category IV, 50-149 employees, and Category V, 150 plus employees. The award is designed to promote not only the importance of ethical business practices, but the willingness and efforts made by outstanding businesses to ensure that our marketplace remains fair and honorable.

8th AAA “Top Shop” Award - 2009
AAA Arizona announced its' 8th annual list of Top Shops on June 18th. "Top Shops exceed AAA's stringent Approved Auto Repair requirements in terms of professional standards, integrity, customer service and community involvement," states Don Nunnari, Vice President of Membership Products and Services for AAA Arizona. Airpark Auto Service is proud to be one of 27 AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities throughout the state chosen to be named as 2009 AAA Top Shop recipients. We are also honored to be one of only four recipients who have carried the Top Shop designation since the award's inception in 2001 (8 consecutive years!). Once again for the seventh year in a row, Airpark Auto Service in Scottsdale has received the American Automobile Association’s Top Shop Award for 2008. Airpark Auto Service is recognized as one of the most advanced repair facilities in Scottsdale by its customers and competitors and we’re also a AAA approved repair facility. This recognition and award from AAA is not something handed out to just any repair facility. It’s earned; every day, with every repair and every satisfied customer. It is with an enormous sense of achievement that Airpark Auto Service is pleased and proud to share that we have been honored with the Better Business Bureau’s ‘2008 BBB Business Ethics Award’. There were over two hundred entries in the running this year, all of which had to be nominated for consideration by the BBB. In order to be nominated, businesses being considered must be in excellent standing with the BBB; meaning no complaints can be filed against the business being considered in the previous 36 months. (When was the last time you heard of an auto repair facility not having a complaint for over three years?!?) From this field of nominees which were narrowed down by zero complaint guidelines, only 15 finalists were chosen from five categories which are based on business sizes for all types of business. Airpark Auto Service was one of only three finalists in our designated category; that being the 11-20 employee size businesses. We would like to thank all of ‘our extended Airpark family’ (other shops all them ‘customers’) for your continued business, support and referrals.
