I wanted to share a great experience I had at Kerry's. I've worked with two of the locations this one and the one on Happy valley road and 67th avenue. Both experiences have been great. However, I felt the need to review this particular location due to the amazing service up front from the guys. More importantly, all your secret I've had issues with a number of shops not being able to do proper alignments. It's hard to find a really good alignment tech. Well, today I went to get mine done and Tony did an amazing job. He took me out a couple times to show me the readings and explain a couple things that he saw. I really appreciated the extra care and time that was taken by everybody! Thanks.
Josh at the front desk was super helpful today. Our car was dead at the Walgreens close to Kerry and he did everything he could to help us get our car moved and back on the road. He was super friendly and helpful and we thank him so much!
Josh was a super hero to us today! Our car was dead at the Walgreens store and he did everything he could to help get our car removed from the drive-thru lane. It was an especially difficult situation since my husband is in a wheelchair, so that compounded the problem. Josh was very caring and let us know all our options and was so helpful. Thank you!
